Shanghai’s Meet The Bund is in the vanguard of China’s wave of new fine dining restaurants. Specialising in Fujian cuisine, it has won both a Michelin star and recognition from the domestic Black Pearl guide for consecutive years. The restaurant’s kitchen is headed by Fujian native Chen Zhiping, who was also the recipient of the 2021 Michelin Shanghai Young Chef Award.
