Xingyu is devoted to exploring the design value of cement, using cement ash from waste residue in his lighting, indoor and outdoor furniture, and wall decor products. His dynamic, experimental approach was recognised at the Maison&Objet Rising Talent Awards in 2018. His international design company Bentu currently holds more than 200 patents for its products.
