Born into his family’s menswear business, Chen Wenhao developed an extremely sensitive and forward-looking sense of the menswear industry. After studying in the US, he gained a deeper understanding and developed practical experience in the menswear market. Leaning on experience garnered in the financial industry combined with his work with the family business, Wenhao created high-end menswear brand Gentspace which represents the gentlemen’s lifestyle and features “contemporary classic” design. Gentspace strives to break through the traditional shopping space and realise an organic combination of garments and life, so as to create a “slow way of life”, an aesthetic shopping environment and a heart-warming shopping experience. Gentspace is expanding rapidly from its three boutiques in Shanghai.
