Zowoo is a destination for woodwork lovers and for people interested in carpentry but who have zero experience. Its founder Chen Leiyu has focused on transforming traditional and low-cost woodworking into a multi-aspect brand with experience and woodwork culture centres. Leiyu’s own creative projects include serving as art director of woodwork at Shanghai Disneyland. In 2015, Leiyu founded the first Zowoo store out of a passion for woodwork, mainly providing woodworking teaching to customers. The brand now provides customers with a place in which to experience and create original woodworks with four stores in Shanghai and Wenzhou. Zowoo has plans to open woodworking destinations in Beijing, Chengdu, Hangzhou and Wuhan. Moreover, it has expanded the spread of woodwork culture, taking woodworking content online.
