Bake sales, pool parties and yoga classes—these are just a handful of the creative events Charlotte helped to think up as Foodlink Foundation’s former fundraising director in an attempt to curb hunger in the city. Along with her mother and sister, she was first inspired to feed the underprivileged of Hong Kong after seeing the surplus from their favourite restaurants—including those under their family hospitality business Parkview— go to waste. Now that the charity is providing more than 36,000 meals per week, it’s clear that this amounts to a lot more than your average community cake sale. A firm fixture on the social scene who’s known for her elegant vibe, Charlotte is also one of the founders of much-loved jewellery spot The9thMuse.
