Chanikarn Wongviriyawong founded Eatlab, which uses AI and other tools to provide F&B companies with data that can assess consumer responses to products and offer predictive insights, allowing them to plan their pricing, menu and operations more effectively. An assistant professor at King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi, her ambition is to develop technology that will improve the lives of Thailand’s underprivileged.
