Carrie is the Chief Executive of Hong Kong. She has served as Chief Secretary for Administration; director of the Social Welfare Department; director-general of the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office in London; Permanent Secretary for Housing, Planning and Lands; Permanent Secretary for Home Affairs; and Secretary of Development.
