Carmen’s affinity for excellence started early, with every summer spent interning at banks and research arms since she was 16 years old. The trailblazing CEO of One IFC made her mark on the hospitality scene with the opening of The St Regis Kuala Lumpur, a five-star luxury hotel that has attracted a historically untapped market of high-income tourists including diplomats, heads of state, as well as dignitaries and captains of industries. Carmen aspires to further elevate the standards of Malaysia’s hospitality industry by collaborating with local and foreign talent.
