The former provides outsourcing solutions to small to medium-sized businesses looking to establish themselves and build teams in the Philippines, while the latter offers an alternative to conventional offices in its serviced work spaces. Both companies have achieved consistent year-on-year growth of 50 percent for four straight years. Carmen is currently implementing stringent environmental and social commitment programmes at both.
