Cai Liechao

As an independent product designer for the young generation in China, Cai Liechao set up Mario Tsai Studio in 2014. Currently, the studio provides services in furniture design, household product design, installation art design and brand strategy consulting. Liechao was named a “Rising Star” at Stockholm Design Week 2017. He has always adhered to a design philosophy of achieving simplicity with less materials and procedures. Going forward, Liechao is dedicated to looking for an interactive design mode and employing materials that are friendly to society and to the environment.
