Bo Yin Jian, general manager of Sunty Development, entered the real estate business nearly 30 years ago as a land developer, whose job it is to find viable tracts of land and persuade the owners to sell to the company. This experience taught him many practical skills, including an understanding of human nature and of the finer points of negotiation, which would serve him well as he worked his way up the ranks. He took on the position of general manager in 1998.
