Bianca Ho

Former banker Bianca Ho co-founded automated conversation software company Wati in 2020 to meet the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises that were increasingly using WhatsApp for business communications and required automated customer interactions. The company is the first in Asia to receive investment from US e-commerce giant Shopify, and has over 8,000 customers in more than 100 countries in fields such as fintech and medical. It also prides itself on its gender-equal executive leadership team.
