Bianca Araneta-Elizalde

Founder, The Wholesome Table

The Wholesome Table founder is a prominent advocate of wellness and good, clean food

“The start of my wellness journey was a big aha moment,” Bianca Araneta-Elizalde once told Tatler. “I picked up a book on nutrition that opened my mind to the connection between the food we eat and how it impacts our health. I found it so inspiring and powerful [that I looked] into my own diet. As I began to see the impacts of our actions on the planet, I started changing little aspects of my life.”

That’s when the former model and ’90s it-girl began to adopt a lifestyle of wellness and clean eating. Then, in 2014, she and her husband Juan Manuel Elizalde founded The Wholesome Table, a restaurant that serves organic food and is committed to natural produce. Today, The Wholesome Table is present in Bonifacio Global City, Salcedo Village, and Greenbelt. Through her restaurant, as well as her influential presence on social media, Araneta-Elizalde has been a staunch advocate of eating consciously and living well.

"There is no way that I would start a business, or start anything if it didn't align with my philosophy.”
