Bart serves as co-founder and vice chairman of CHECK INN and general manager of EP Books. He was named a Gen.T Leader of Tomorrow in 2024, having led the group through aggressive expansion amid volatile conditions. The post-pandemic surge in hotel supply forced him to evolve from a hands-on "lone ranger"—the kind who would personally climb ceilings to run ethernet cables—into a behind-the-scenes leader who fights alongside his team. Navigating the black swan events of recent years, he came to understand that cash flow is the hardest shield and the foundation of any offensive move.

For the next decade, Bart's ambition is to lead the group into new overseas markets. He is currently rolling out digital systems to build a high-efficiency operational structure, ensuring the business can run on autopilot while he frees up his hands for family and social causes. Beyond pushing for record hotel revenues, he is quietly a champion of print reading—channeling donations and reading resources to children in rural communities, using books to lay the groundwork for the next generation of talent.
