Community builder and peacemaker
Bai Rohaniza Sumndad-Usman is fighting stereotypes and encouraging tolerance, one child at a time. Her NGO the Teach Peace Build Peace Movement aims to teach young people across the country to live in peace and harmony, using everything from music and the arts to sports and community service to get her message across. She was also the co-organiser of the first Peace Advocates Summit for the southern Philippine island of Mindanao.
