Among his notable accomplishments is as founding CEO of AirAsia X Berhad, leading the airline from start-up to IPO in six years, and co-founding and leading the expansion of a global internet video-on-demand service iflix across 20 countries.

His gruelling recovery from a major road accident while training to rejoin Ironman in less than six months is recorded in an inspirational documentary, A Broken Crayon.
