Since this former cabin attendant and model launched Iberry ice cream in 1999, Atchara “Pla” Burarak has grown her business to more than 100 branches across 13 brands, including Ros’niyom, Kub Kao Kub Pla and Iberista.

In 2022, she innovated again by converting a century-old house from the era of King Rama VII in Sathorn Soi 1 into two distinct restaurants. The first, named Fran’s, serves French brunch under the concept “Brunch&Green”; the second, Ăn Cơm Ăn Cá, offers ASEAN and Vietnamese cuisine. Additionally, she launched a premium grill house, Chín Bò Đỏ, at The EmQuartier shopping center.
