Set to open its doors in 2023, the exclusive all-villa hotel intends to bring luxury hospitality to new frontiers after the birth of the first Raffles 135 years ago. The legendary brand with its bespoke service will occupy 10 hectares of lush tropical gardens on Sentosa Island and offer 62 villas with private pools overlooking the South China sea and a myriad of luxury experiences including a grand ballroom.
Beyond luxury hospitality and ongoing ventures in the Maldives and the United Kingdom, Hiranandani continues the expansion of the group’s diverse real estate forays with projects such as the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Kuala Lumpur, Intercontinental Sydney Double Bay Hotel, and The Singapore Resort & Spa Sentosa. Most recently, Hiranandani was also one of the top bidders for the Income@Raffles Place building, a new landmark in Singapore’s Central Business District.
