As the co-founder and managing director of Broadcast Thai Television Co, Ltd and an award-winning producer, Arunosha Panupan is deeply immersed in the field of creative drama and entertainment programs for Thai audiences, and has received notable recognition for her outstanding leadership and contributions to media communication. In 2012, she was honoured with the Outstanding Woman Leader in Asia award in the Mass Communication category at the Woman in Leadership Forum Asia, held during the 2nd Asian Women Leaders Summit. Additionally, she received the Outstanding ASEAN Women Entrepreneurs award in 2015 from the ASEAN Women Entrepreneurs Network.

As a prolific producer of television dramas, Arunosha has been involved in the creation of several series, most notably the widely acclaimed Love Destiny (known in Thai as Bupphesanniwat), which was a phenomenon throughout Asia. This success was affirmed with her subsequent work, Love Destiny 2, reinforcing her achievements as a drama producer.
