Teachers have the ability to change lives, which is why schools need the brightest and most passionate graduates at the front of their classrooms. Arnold Chan is on a mission to find such teachers and, most importantly, to place them where they can have the greatest impact. His non-profit organisation Teach For Hong Kong, which he founded in 2015, works to enlist outstanding university graduates to serve in underprivileged schools by offering one-year, full-time teaching fellowships. In 2020, Arnold also joined Airwallex as head of SME and its business accounts in Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia.
