German-born Arne cut his teeth in the world of luxury fashion at magazines in Hong Kong, including Hong Kong Tatler as its Fashion Editor. The business side of it all soon came calling, however—now, as senior vice-president of global PR powerhouse Karla Otto in Asia, Arne oversees the offices in Hong Kong, Beijing and Shanghai, working with everyone from Chloé and Moncler to Jil Sander and Berluti, as well as many, many more. Extremely well connected and absurdly fun to be around, he’s also able to step back and see things in perspective. “It’s PR, not ER” is a mantra learnt from a mentor that he often likes to quote.
