With nearly 25 years of expertise serving at Pan Brothers, vice-president Anne Patricia Sutanto leads one of the largest garment manufacturers and exporters in Indonesia, producing clothing for international brands in the USA, Europe and Asia.

Armed with an MBA in Finance from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, Sutanto joined Pan Brothers in 1997. Thanks to her leadership, the company has expanded into ten subsidiaries and 23 factories. Pan Brothers’ production facilities are capable of producing 130 million pieces of clothing and employ more than 37,000 people.

The company has also won numerous awards including the TOP CSR Awards and Top CSR Commitment in 2021. In 2016, Sutanto was selected as a finalist of The Channel News Asia Luminary Award.
