At 26, Ani Hsieh was in the prime of her life when she was diagnosed with lymphoma. Through her litany of medical treatments, she discovered that Taiwan’s patient services were mainly geared towards the elderly. So in 2017, she founded We Are All Sick, a platform that aims to give young patients a sense of community by sharing inspiring patient-specific stories that reassure them they’re not alone.
