Angus Chiang graduated from Shih Chien University in 2013. His graduation work series Sailing to the Moon represented Taiwan at the London Graduate Fashion Week where he competed alongside promising designers from 20 elite design schools in the world, taking home the international trophy. In 2015, Angus founded his eponymous brand Angus Chiang. By integrating elements from Taiwanese culture, his works appear playful and unique. With Prom King and His Flowers, his Autumn/Winter 2017, Angus stood out from more than 1,200 designers from all over the world and became the first Taiwanese nominated for the 4th LVMH Prize for Young Fashion Designers. The same year, he participated in Paris Men’s Fashion Week, becoming the first Taiwanese designer on that stage. Angus continues to present the beauty of Taiwan to the world through his designs.
