Plastic pollution is a pressing problem in Hong Kong, and Andy Li is providing solutions through the Missing Link—Polyfoam Recycling Scheme. With funding from the government’s Environment and Conservation Fund, he has established collection points for polyfoam waste in partnership with 30 organisations, and has encouraged Aberdeen Wholesale Fish Market to set up a polyfoam recycling machine on site.
