Who else can claim to wake up at 1am to bake pastries until 6am for their own bakery, before getting ready for work as the CFO of a world-renowned restaurant, hotel, and eco-tourism chain? The year 2018 marks the fourth year that Anandita Adoe has led as the CFO of Plataran. As a newly-wed and as the boss’ daughter, she had to prove to people that she earned the position through merit and not privilege. Her qualifications and work ethic speaks for itself. Not only is she a double degree holder in Economics and Applied Psychology from Boston College, she also has a Master of Management degree from Prasetiya Mulya Business School. With unwavering dedication, the 28 year-old businesswoman has helped the company flourish into the empire it is today, aiming to “showcase the best of Indonesia, and to better the lives of Indonesians”. Moreover, the new mother of one is also behind the popular French bakery, Passionnée, which opened at Jalan Brawijaya in 2014.
