An Xin was born in Beijing but spent many years studying abroad before returning to China. Through her art, Xin presents the different choices and the status of the controversial and growing post-90s generation from a female perspective. At the same time, Xin operates and manages Beijing Jinquangang International Imax Cinema, one of the largest cinemas in Asia, and is a shareholder in high-end menswear label Mr. Dandy. Lately, Xin has been working on artistic experiences for different brands including Bentley, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Air Jordan, ChinaOpen, W Hotel and Louis XIII. Other art projects have included a cross-industry partnering with Shang Xia to celebrate its second anniversary in 2016; collaborations with Jaeger-LeCoultre in 2016 and 2017; and art and design advisory for Pangu 7 Star Hotel in 2017.
