Amado Forés

As the son of celebrated chef Margarita Forés, Amado Forés has a lot to live up to in the F&B world. He’s proven himself adept at growing a restaurant empire, with his first venture, A Mano, opened in 2019 and quickly branching out into multiple locations around Manila. Since then, he’s followed it with neighbourhood ramen restaurant Ramen Ron and steakhouse Steak and Fries.
