Alvin Yuan is the co-founder and chief executive officer of HealthMetrics, a leading corporate healthcare technology company transforming how businesses manage employee health. With a background in Pharmacy and over eight years of experience in the Managed Care industry, Alvin bridges the worlds of healthcare, technology, and business innovation to create smarter, more transparent healthcare ecosystems.

In 2025, he led one of HealthMetrics’ most significant milestones with the launch of HealthMetrics Indonesia, following the rebranding of Across Asia Assist Indonesia. The move established Malaysia as a regional hub for cross-border digital healthcare administration, expanding the company’s footprint across Southeast Asia. Under his direction, HealthMetrics introduced three flagship digital solutions: the ISO27001-certified Cloud Platform, the Global Member App, and the International Assistance Hub, connecting over 15,000 healthcare providers across the region, including more than 7,000 providers in Malaysia. These platforms streamline access to care for insurers, corporates and patients while strengthening inbound access to Malaysian healthcare services.
