Allan Zeman

Allan Zeman is the chairman of Lan Kwai Fong Group and a major property owner and developer in Hong Kong’s Lan Kwai Fong area, which includes the modern venue hub, California Tower.

A prominent champion of Hong Kong, Zeman has long been an ambassador for the city’s economic vitality and global standing, acting as an influential voice in the international media while championing the resurgence and reinvention of its hospitality and nightlife sectors.

On both commercial and civic fronts, Zeman continues to drive transformative growth. In 2025, Lan Kwai Fong Group expanded its footprint in Mainland China with the announcement of LKF Xi’an—a massive 148,000-square-metre cultural and entertainment hub anchoring the Silk Road Science City. In the same year, Zeman was also appointed special advisor to the HKSTP I&T Powerhouse, leveraging his business acumen to mentor global tech entrepreneurs.

Zeman wears many hats, serving as independent non-executive director for Sino Land, Tsim Sha Tsui Properties and TVB. The mogul is also a non-executive chairman of gaming operator Wynn Macau, and a director of the Star Ferry Company, among others. While serving as chairman of Ocean Park from 2003 to 2014, Zeman raised visitor numbers and generated record profits despite the concurrent opening of Hong Kong Disneyland.

Zeman is also the owner of Paradise Properties Group, the Thailand-based developer behind the award-winning Andara Resort in Phuket.
