Alexandre Sonier wants to make it easier for people to make restaurant bookings. Bistrochat, the company he co-founded, allows them to do so using a simple chat interface, searching alongside their friends within the app, and making bookings by chatting with restaurant staff. For restaurants, it automates reminders, deposit management, POS connections, email marketing and more. The company has signed up more than 400 restaurants in Hong Kong.
