Young, passionate and ambitious are the words to describe Adinda Kuntadi, co-owner of the ALLIN Group, established in 2011. Still a newcomer yet very much active in the lifestyle industry, the group has opened various FBE (Food, Beverage & Entertainment), ranging from restaurants, lounge and clubs, to event spaces. Their common feature is to provide delightful experiences amongst unique architectural designs, which are inspired by her yearly travels. This includes Jakarta-based Fable Club, Odysseia Restaurant and The Pallas event space (2016), along with Bali-based ventures such as Gardin Bistro & Patisserie, Mirror Lounge (2014). Their most recent opening is 2017’s Khung Bar & Restaurant in Plaza Indonesia. She is constantly working on developing loyalty programs and group buying for other businesses to increase quantity of customers and customer satisfaction. Adinda is also active in the PHRI (Association of Hotels and Restaurants in Indonesia), which regulates the hospitality section. The insight allows her to plan for both local and international expansion in the next five to ten years.
