The Crane

Known in the music world as The Crane, 林泰羽 is a towering figure—literally and figuratively—standing at an impressive 185 cm. His meteoric rise in the music industry is a testament to his extraordinary talent and unique vision. Formerly a touring musician for the band HUSH, His single “LIMO” earned him a nomination for Best R&B Song at the Golden Indie Music Awards in 2021, marking the beginning of his ascent.

In the same year, he joined ØZI’s innovative music label, New Paradise, and quickly made waves with his EP Crane Garden. By 2022, he launched his debut solo album TALENT, further solidifying his place in the industry. The following year, The Crane was nominated for Best New Artist and Best Mandarin Male Singer at the prestigious 34th Golden Melody Awards. His accolades continued as he clinched the titles of Best New Artist and Best R&B Album at the Golden Indie Music Awards, earning him the reputation of the strongest dark horse in Taiwan’s music scene.

At the Golden Melody Awards, he turned heads in a striking light purple suit, declaring his fashion sense to be “very much R&B”.
