It’s an exciting time for the F&B industry. As the local dining scene settled back into post-pandemic normalcy, chefs and restaurateurs kicked into high gear with a slew of new and innovative dining concepts debuting alongside established institutions in the past year.
With the help of our reviewers and jury members, we ate our way through the island’s best eats and compiled our discoveries in the 2024 edition of the Tatler Dining Guide.
