Kariton opened a new branch in collab with Melbourne’s Sabi Sounds for a savoury menu and bar concept. The team at Hai Shin Lou introduces a more casual brand called Kowloon Station. And along Jupiter Street, chef Wade Watson brings us a swanky new Australian steakhouse called Brontë.
