Chefs without borders
Hello,
Japanese and Indian cuisines might not be the likeliest of bedfellows, but you can be assured of culinary magic when the likes of Takeshi Fukuyama, the chef-founder of La Maison de la Nature Goh, and Gaggan Anand collaborate. On a recent trip to Macau, Fukuyama spoke to us about his new restaurants, Goh and GohGan (the latter co-signed by Anand), as well as the art of borderless cuisine.
Also in this week’s line up:
- We get a sneak peek of The Cristal Room, the much-anticipated opening from Anne-Sophie Pic
- The House of Hummus founder Amit Sharon shares his journey to chickpea chiefdom
- Unpack the sold-out craze around Moutai lattes north of the border
