We are the champions
Hello,
What a night! Our annual Tatler Dining Awards ceremony took place yesterday (April 9, 2024), marking a very special occasion in our history: 40 years of covering the best in local dining since the publication of the very first edition of the Tatler Dining Guide in 1984. Over the course of the evening, we unveiled the Tatler Dining 20 lists—two unranked collections of Hong Kong and Macau's most impactful restaurants; and the Best In Class awards, which are given to those who have excelled in their field in the past year. The winners are selected from a pool of more than 220 restaurants that have been selected upon recommendations from our diverse team of editors and panelists as part of the Tatler Dining Guide.
But more than that, it was a full-throated celebration of Hong Kong's resilient dining scene. While the industry is still undergoing tough times, each Tatler Dining Awards is a reminder of the excellence that is woven into the dining scene and carried forth by the passion that fuels each restaurant, day and night. That's something we can toast to.
