So fresh, so new
Hello,
It’s hotter than a wok on full blast in Hong Kong, and as we dodge the glaring sun, I suggest a different kind of refuge—the blissfully air-conditioned realms of the city’s newest restaurants and bars. From the latest Japanese-Italian hybrid to a taste of Korea’s finest beef and a rather intriguing coriander ice cream, there’s plenty to tantalise your taste buds this month.
But that’s not all, dear gastronomes. Cool off at the top ice cream parlours, where, according to Tatler’s editors, the only thing melting faster than your scoop is your heart. And for those with a savoury palate, the head of dining recommends cocktails that refresh and surprise. So, slap on the sunblock and let’s eat and drink our way through Hong Kong’s latest delights.
Stay hungry,
