In celebration of Singapore’s Diamond Jubilee, Ichigo Ichie and Foliage present an exclusive four-hands dining experience from August 8 to 10 at Ichigo Ichie’s Claymore Connect space. Guests can enjoy an eight-course menu, with optional alcohol pairing.

Rooted in a long-standing friendship between chefs Akane Eno and Dillon Ng, this rare collaboration reflects their shared love for authentic Kappo-style cuisine and the interplay of Japanese and local ingredients. Eno, marking ten years in Singapore, sees the dinner as a heartfelt tribute to the country she now calls home.
