Clair Barberis of Artifeks Design Studio shares her creative process, advocacy, and passion in life

In our local industry’s constant pursuit of promoting Filipino heritage design, we see the rise of many entrepreneurs and design studios doing their part. One of which is Artifeks, a business founded by fashion entrepreneur and sports enthusiast Clair Barberis. Artifeks creates pieces of furniture inspired by the craftsmanship in different regions in the Philippines. Using native materials, Artifeks comes up with elegant designs made by roadside workers-turned-artisans, making it a channel for some Filipinos to reconnect with their innate creativity.
