3. One Yoga
Samantha Sin, brings some much-needed zen to Wanchai with her newest studio, One Yoga. Built off the success of sister studio, Samantha Yoga, located in Tsim Sha Tsui, One Yoga’s crew of certified teachers lead classes in Dharma Wheel, Hatha, Vinyasa, Detox and Yin Yang.

4. Mari Yoga
For Fukuoka-born Mariko Hiyama, yoga came naturally as its principles were very much in line with Japanese culture. Hiyama’s Mari Yoga studio has three locations: the Central studio focuses on both beginner and intermediate level exercises, while Wanchai and Kennedy Town studios serve intermediate level participants.
Mari Yoga is also one of the few studios to offer Qi Gong, a practice that blends yoga with martial arts, and is beloved for its strengthening and stretching health benefits.

5. SUKHA Yoga & Wellness
Less than a year old, SUKHA studio specializes in Yin, Hatha, Aerial and Vinyasa yoga, and also provides classes specifically for back bending to improve stability, and arm inversions to build core strength. The studio may be young, but its founder, Katherine Lee, has been an active yoga instructor through Lululemon events and health and wellness gatherings around the city.
