Given all the extra stimulation during the festive period (think bright lights and loud music), some might find it harder than usual to unwind and fall asleep. To help overcome this challenge, Landmark Mandarin Oriental’s The Oriental Spa is offering a 105-minute Sleep Support Therapy. It begins with a guided meditation and yoga session, which is followed by a full-body massage using firm, flowing movements that deeply relaxes the body and mind. Then there’s a head massage said to stimulate the pineal gland, which secretes the melatonin hormone needed for restful sleep. The oil used in the treatment is based on Ayurvedic concepts, and is said to focus on balancing your chakras.

2. The Ritz-Carlton’s Celestial Black Diamond Non-surgical Lift Facial
This 90-minute facial is described on the spa’s website as “our most opulent anti-ageing facial”. True to this description, the facial uses a series of antioxidant-rich products to help you achieve more nourished-looking skin, and ends with a facial peel using products enriched with retinol, fine diamond particles and more—what better way to shine bright like a diamond for the party season?

3. BMF’s Blue Diamond Revive Treatment
If your usual beauty routine has been disrupted by endless celebrations, or if you want to show your skin some extra love, sign up for Hong Kong-based aesthetics spa BMF’s Blue Diamond Revive Treatment. This treatment uses two of their in-house serums: the Revive Core Essence, which is said to contain blue copper peptide as a hero ingredient; and the Stem Cell Activity Essence, which contains collagen. Both serums are applied on the skin with an electric micro-needle. Local spa Weirdo Beauty’s laser facial treatment, using the Lutronic Hollywood Spectra tool, takes only 30 to 45 minutes of your time—perfect for a quick lunch break treatment. The Lutronic Hollywood Spectra machine, which has FDA (the United States’ Food and Drug Administration) approval to target melasma—the brown or greyish patches of discolouration that sometimes occur on the face—is said to help even out skin tone.

5. The Chaless x Cary Regimen’s My True Love Gave to Me spa treatment
Hong Kong-based spa The Chaless has collaborated with men’s skincare brand Cary Regimen for three limited-time spa treatments for men, which include cleansing, deep-pore facial or massage for 60 minutes—all using Cary Regimen’s products that are sourced from South Korea.
