With interiors conceived by Ken Yuktasevi of Parable Studio, each Regis Medical clinic is crafted as a soothing space. It’s a strikingly different design approach, compared to the typically sterile, brightly lit and efficiency-driven spaces that are associated with healthcare spaces.
Curved corners, soft furnishings, tinted glass and wooden joinery are complemented with off-white and glacial green tones to create an interior that can help put your mind at ease the moment you enter the clinic. The interiors are illuminated with cove lighting for a gentle glow, resulting in a more comforting environment for visitors.
Even the circulation corridors in the clinics are more than just places of function. Continuing the calming design language of the reception area, these hallways are partitioned into cosy alcoves, becoming relaxing, lounge-like areas where patients and their caregivers can comfortably wait for their turn, until it’s time for their consultations with the assigned doctor or therapist.
The consultation rooms are clad in off-white and light grey tones, and lined with wood trimmings on the cream walls to similarly create a hospitable atmosphere. These well-thought elements thus embody the group’s philosophy of “accessible bespoke care”, emphasising its focus on each patient’s comfort and experience.
