Zannier Hotels and NEOM collaborate to create luxury eco-resort in Zardun, Saudi Arabia

Overlooking the crystal-clear waters of the Gulf, Zannier Zardun is set within a sweeping natural landscape stretching from rugged highlands to coastal plains.

Celebrated for its collection of distinctive properties that echo their environments, Zannier Hotels joins NEOM in crafting Zannier Zardun, an eco-retreat designed for discerning travellers seeking genuine encounters with nature in a serene, untouched setting.

Spanning four square kilometres, the Zardun site is a carefully restored semi-desert ecosystem, rich with native flora and fauna. The resort’s 100 rooms and suites are distributed across three uniquely themed buildings, offering a range of tailored experiences. A cutting-edge experience centre welcomes guests through an underground entrance, leading to a panoramic observatory that frames the majesty of Zardun and fosters a sense of intimacy with the natural world.
