As part of Amara Hotels & Resorts’ comprehensive brand redesign for its flagship Singapore properties, Amara Singapore has announced its new contemporary rooms. The redesigned spaces are inspired by cultural relics around the hotel, including traditional hawker stalls, heritage trees and conserved shophouses. Each room is also complete with an energy-efficient air-conditioning system, energy-efficient motion sensor lighting and an in-room filtered water tap system.

To celebrate its tenth anniversary, Mandarin Oriental Bodrum has introduced a host of new offerings. For one, the hotel has unveiled two new villas: Arya Villa and Alisya Villa. The two new villas are complete with natural private pools and terraces that overlook Paradise Bay and Lucca Beach. The hotel’s Chinese restaurant Hakkasan is also celebrating the milestone with a specially curated menu featuring seafood platters, Peking duck and more.

Grand Hyatt Tokyo has introduced a range of wellness experiences in collaboration with sleep-tracking app, Pokemon Sleep. From July 1 to August 31, the hotel’s lavish Chairman suite has been transformed into a unique Pokemon sleep suite inspired by the game’s Greengrass Isle. Take a nap next to Pokemon sleep plushies or admire various Pokemon artwork installed around the 120 sqm space. When you feel peckish, head to The Oak Door and indulge in a Pokemon-inspired creation The Snorlax Burger, comprising layers of American beef burger patty, bacon, smoky tomato relish and cheddar cheese.
