A relaxed gastronomic welcome dinner at one-Michelin starred Table 65, within Resorts World Sentosa’s Festive Walk of celebrity chef restaurants, was a great way to unwind before the next day’s full schedule of activities. Helmed by Dutch chef Richard van Oostenbrugge, Table 65 is about relaxed, casual gastronomic dining and innovative cuisine. 

The next morning took us to the newly opened creative retail and dining hub, Funan Mall, right in the centre of the city. Styling workshops gave us a taste of unique local concept stores: Scent by Six—artisanal fine fragrance by Jason Lee—where we got to customise our own scent in a handy travel-size bottle; Love Bonito—trendy and fun fashion designed by and for the modern Asian Women; Carrie K jewellery—with a crash course on pearls led by the dynamic Carrie herself; topped off with a quick hairstyling session at Dyson, inventor of the best-selling styling tool, the Dyson AirWrap.
