Passengers travelling on participating airlines—which include Cathay Pacific, Hong Kong Airlines and Greater Bay Airlines—have exclusive access to Hong Kong International Airport’s Home Baggage Check-in Service.
A step above Hong Kong’s in-town check-in, this service allows passengers to “check in” their luggage at home, at their hotel or the office. Up to five hours before your flight, an agent will arrive at the designated pick-up address to carry out the process—which takes a swift 15 minutes—before it’s whisked away to your flight. This allows you to go on with your day without worry, whether that means experiencing more of the city or attending important meetings and events.
For peace of mind, you can keep an eye on your belongings’ whereabouts with real-time tracking that lets you know when your luggage has safely arrived at HKIA.
