Aman is set to unveil its first urban hotel and residences in Thailand, as Aman Nai Lert prepares to open in the heart of Bangkok

Following in the footsteps of Aman Tokyo and Aman New York, Aman Nai Lert Bangkok will open in the Thai capital on April 2, 2025. Nestled within the historic Nai Lert Park, this highly anticipated urban retreat is the 36th property in the Aman collection, its third global urban property, and its first in Thailand’s vibrant capital.

Located in Nai Lert Park, the development is a green haven that stays true to the legacy of Nai Lert, a visionary entrepreneur who transformed the area into Bangkok’s first botanical garden more than a century ago. The new property in fact pays homage to the park and its roots, as long-time Aman collaborator Jean-Michel Gathy of Denniston Architects has designed the hotel to harmonise with the century-old Nai Lert Park Heritage Home owned by the Nai Lert family, who, in addition to being Aman’s partner on the project, have an unrivalled legacy in Bangkok.

Now that Nai Lert Park has grown into the lush oasis it is today, the new luxury development is perfectly situated to ensure an immersive experience of all the city has to offer. Bespoke products crafted by local artisans, along with carefully selected antiques, pay homage to Aman's signature design ethos of refined simplicity. At the heart of this vision is a majestic 100-year-old Sompong tree, its presence defining the building’s courtyard with a striking elliptical void that frames its roots.

The hotel’s dining and social spaces span two distinct levels. A beautifully lit central atrium on the ninth floor welcomes guests to the reception area, as well as the sophisticated 1872 Lounge Bar and the Italian restaurant Arva. Adjacent to the infinity pool, The Pool bar extends onto the east-facing terrace, offering sweeping views of Nai Lert Park’s lush greenery.

The hotel’s 52 meticulously designed suites feature floor-to-ceiling windows that frame breathtaking park and city views, with the Aman Suite at the pinnacle, spanning an entire floor with three bedrooms with a balcony and terrace, a grand dining room and a private spa. Beyond the hotel suites, Aman Nai Lert Bangkok introduces an exclusive Aman Residences comprising 50 private homes.

Exclusively reserved for Aman Club Founders, the 19th floor features a spectacular open-air terrace with skyline views, complemented by two private restaurants, the atmospheric Aman Lounge, and an intimate cigar bar.

Spread out over the two floors dedicated to wellness, The Medical Wellness by Hertitude Clinic will include eight private clinic rooms, one examination room, an IV Lounge and cryotherapy chamber; while the Aman Spa will offer an extensive range of hydrotherapy facilities and movement spaces. Treatments will take place across six spa therapy rooms, a dedicated Thai massage treatment room, and the unique private Banya Spa House.

The opening of Aman Nai Lert Bangkok marks a significant milestone in Aman’s presence in Thailand, following the success of Amanpuri in Phuket. “Thailand has played a significant role in the history of our brand and the latest evolution, Aman Nai Lert Bangkok, will offer a unique connection to the rich heritage of the city,” said Vlad Doronin, Chairman and CEO of Aman Group. “This is enhanced by our close collaboration with the Nai Lert family, in particular Naphaporn ‘Lek’ Bodiratnangkura whose involvement and support has ensured the property reflects the legacy of its incredible location. Further, Aman Nai Lert Bangkok represents another milestone in our long-term vision to introduce the exceptional Aman experience to urban destinations as well as providing a strategic link to our properties across Asia.”
