Racing fans can explore the sport’s 76-year history through immersive technology and iconic cars as the global touring Formula 1 Exhibition makes its 11th stop worldwide

The award-winning Formula 1® Exhibition will make its Asian debut in Singapore next month, opening at Gardens by the Bay on July 23, 2026.

The Lion City marks the 11th stop globally for the touring show, which has already drawn more than 1.3 million visitors across cities including Madrid, Vienna, Toronto, London and Buenos Aires. Located adjacent to Satay by the Bay and within walking distance of the Gardens by the Bay MRT station, the interactive attraction will open for a limited time.

The immersive experience explores the past, present and future of the FIA Formula One World Championship™. Celebrating the sport’s 76-year history, the exhibition utilises original storytelling, interactive technology and curated artefacts to give visitors an inside look at the engineering, personalities and defining moments of top-tier motorsport.

Inside the galleries

The exhibition guides visitors through a series of themed rooms designed to mirror the technical and emotional aspects of the sport:

  • Once Upon A Time In Formula 1®: A gallery space highlighting the sport’s most defining moments and legendary figures.

  • Revolution By Design & Design Lab: An in-depth look at the cutting-edge technology and aerodynamic innovations shaping modern racing.

  • Drivers and Duels: A celebration of the sport’s historic rivalries and world champions.

  • Survival: A powerful display featuring the actual remains of Romain Grosjean’s HAAS chassis from his dramatic 2020 crash in Bahrain, alongside his burnt gloves and boots.

  • The Pit Wall: A cinematic experience designed to put fans at the centre of race-day action.

The journey concludes with a specially commissioned gallery, Singapore Drive, which focuses on the history and impact of the Marina Bay street circuit—the sport’s original night race. This section features Sebastian Vettel’s Red Bull RB7, the exact car that carried the German driver to victory at the 2011 Singapore Grand Prix during his second world championship season.
