The Ferrari Portofino M combines the soul of a Gran Turismo with a prancing horse convertible’s signature flair

The Ferrari Portofino M is the perfect marriage of style and power embodying the legendary Ferrari brand name.

The M stands for Modificata, representing the extraordinary evolution undertaken by this supremely classic car, a direct descendant of the Italian carmaker's GT Spider. The Portofino M is a GT with twin souls: an authentic coupé with its top closed, and a true spider with the top down. And as might be expected, the Portofino M is packed full of technological innovation.

Underneath the bonnet, the V8 turbo unleashes 620 cv at 7,500 rpm providing an instant response to a touch of the throttle and a staggering top speed of over 320 km/h. The new eight-speed gearbox is a boon for both comfort and fuel consumption and a joy to shift. A five-position Manettino incorporates a race mode, supplying pinpoint accuracy and enhancing the driving experience.

All round, this is an ultra-stylish and utterly luxurious car for all seasons that has been conceived to excite and exceed expectations.

Most importantly, the Portofino M is a work of art as far as design is concerned, with exterior and interior as beautiful to look at as they are practical to use. Building upon the successes of its predecessor, a holistic approach was taken to the Portofino M's design concept, so the front, flanks and tail form a single seamless sculpture, encasing the cabin harmoniously. The unusually spacious luggage compartments can be further extended by lowering the rear bench for longer items such as golf bags or surfboards, while the sleek, smooth lines of the car's exterior are delicately echoed in its interiors.

The Portofino M’s infotainment system is controlled by a high-definition 10.25-inch touchscreen at the centre of the dash in easy reach of both driver and passenger.

Optional advanced driver assistance systems include adaptive cruise control, a predictive emergency brake system, traffic sign recognition, a rear cross traffic alert which warns of moving obstacles hidden in the car’s rear blind spot while reversing and Automatic High Beam which switches high beam headlights on and off at night.

The Portofino M's twin soul delivers an ideal combination of performance and pleasure, its compact size housing all manner of comforts within a stylish, sleek exterior. It’s perfect for anyone enamoured by drop-top Ferraris and the exhilarating sensation of motoring with the wind in their hair.
